    this is crazy that he was given his Helicopters license, given he was only licensed to fly under visual flight rules, or VFR, which require generally good weather and clear conditions, according to the Federal Aviation Administration. He lost his bearing and crashed into the building. You would think the FAA would have more stringent rules. Lucky more people weren't killed. Especially, after the MLB baseball player crashed his plane into a building in NYC about 10 years ago, you would think there would be more stringent rules on who can fly, especially in that area.
